Resistance Loop Exercise Bands
what is going on aliens? I'm Mike rosette today I get to a special treat. I'm always getting asked where my resistance bands from how heavy are they do I have loose to an ankle straps well. I've got the solution for you guys I've been using the strong fed resistance multi family pack set it all comes in this wicked convenient carrying bag there's little 21 pieces in here guys. so you can bring this anywhere it's incredibly convenient and just very easy to carry so you're probably wondering what are these 21 pieces inside this bag well guys. there are five loop bags and they range in resistance the yellow band is light the red band is medium the green band is heavy the blue band is extra heavy and the black band is double extra heavy then there are five resistance bands yellow is 10 pounds red is 20 pounds green is 30 pounds blue is 40 pounds and black is 50 pounds that guys. there are two pair handles after that there are two pair ankle straps and then there are two door hangers and since there's so many options in this carrying bag guys that means you have the option of working out with a partner. so it's more fun and you can challenge each other to make those exercises .Even that much more effective another really cool feature guys is that the D rings on the resistance bands aren't large enough. so you can put multiple bands together bring a greater resistance in my advanced strength training guys .I'm really probably be supporting strong fit these are top notch bands lubes and ankle straps .I've been looking for a company just like this for a while now and these are really inexpensive for the quality and quantity you're getting now. I'll put a link directly in the first in comment and the description .so you can navigate right to getting them if you're interested guys it's telling you these are awesome I'm using them myself and they're gonna be seeing a lot more workouts with them but instead of just talking about the products let me show you some of my personal favorite exercises. they're doing each type of resistance set boom let's get some gains guys the first exercise show you guys is the squad with the resistance loop .you want to have to pin right above the knee guys. I like pointing my toes slightly out coming a little wider than shoulder width and then when you're coming down get low guys you're gonna push the knees out as you come up on the movement so down put some knees out down push the knees out this is significantly increasing your glute and him activation in this squad so if those are weak points in your squad this can actually correlate to helping increase your barbell squat as well guys the creative resistance here is going to correlate to a lot more days in your legs overall the second exercise.
I'm gonna show you is hit act up twos with the loop .so I want you to place as a resistance peg just like me with this wash so great above the knee and you're gonna lie on your side now this exercise is great for hip strength and overall hip mobility. you're gonna come down on the side like I said and come all up as high as possible keeping the man still in tight so-oh down then come up this highest possible with the head you're staying lying on your side guys. I don't want you coming back like that or coming forward with the hip. you're coming straight up to the side as high as possible and you're getting a ton of resistance right here on that hip act up there third exercise. we're going to show you with the loop is what I call shoulders thread raises so you get the loop right between your wrists you spread as far as you can guys and you're gonna come all it between the chest all the way up it on hand just like an overhead press this exercise is great for shoulder mobility but also joint function I'm a huge fan of this exercise and having that resistance that spread apart the whole time helps you prove even more muscles to engage with the movement you just want to try for sure now I'm going to show you guys how to properly put on the door anchors by the hinge. so you see these hinges in the door that's one at the top one in the middle and then one all the way at the bottom so all you need to do with the door acres is you literally put it through just like that guys and it's ready to sit up for resistance band work from the top and then from the bottom you're gonna put it right through from the bottom now since it's at the bottom it'll fall to the ground just have to go around the door and raise it up very easy to do guys to close the door and the resistance are safely set in the door for you to attach and to attach the band to the anchor you literally just put it through the loop it is that simple guys and then guys you literally just attach the handles right to the band itself it could not be any simpler than that now since you guys have an easy setup from the high angle you can easily form a lat pull-down so just come on down guys lean back and you got yourself a lat pull-down set up wicked simply use guys then nothing exercise with you from this angle one of my favorite bicep exercises the elevation curl the head so simple guys and have absolutely no longer the resistance bands .I'm gonna like fly off the kitchen something like that now an exercisE. you can do from the bottom hinge guys to let upward resistance Now you can do upper flies up or chest and another xx's you can do guys it's squats put the handles of the resistance band great by your shoulders come out get that resistance coming down squat out down squat up so that resistance is pulling down and back so you're squatting yeah it's gone and that's the band exercises .you can do by just putting the band on your feet you can do overhead tricep extensions guys yeah another great one one of my favorites you can just do the shoulder press guys putting the ankle straps on ice and the same concept of human hand block you just attach it to the bed wrap it around and hit ankle put it through the loop and get it tight enough so it's not gonna slip off one of my personal favorites and best exercises you can do with the ankle strap guy glute kickbacks. you know the nice step back creep that resistance and keep far back squeezing the bum every rep and you can alternate guys great way to get that goon activation a second great exercise you can deal with ankle straps guys it's explosive forward runs this is gonna significantly help you with your Sprint's and overall agility so what you do you get like you're about to run and then explode forward and of course you want to make sure that you're switching up the legs great way to work on just getting that explosion going forward guys a third exercise. you can do with the ankle straps is alternating straight legged dentists now do me this way is significant to help with your balance what's to give it correlates even more hamstring engagement. so what you do you get a ton of resistance guys.So you already have assistance and you're building up that tightness in the hamstrings get one for four get slowly come back you got to balance guys you're getting pulled backward by the band's you touch and try to keep that other leg off the ground the whole time look at all the stability.
I have to do of course want to make sure you just wishing that legs tell me .what exercise do to do with this since?
